The final step before your system begins its journey

Once your system is built and tested, it must be delivered with the same care used to engineer and assemble it.

In the Packaging & Shipping phase, Alexandra Ranzinger oversees the coordination of packaging, documentation, and logistics — ensuring every item is protected, compliant, and ready for transport by road or sea.

This is the phase where reliability moves beyond the factory walls.

Because delivery is part of performance

Even the best‑engineered system needs to arrive at your site intact, protected, and fully documented. This phase ensures that:

  • All components are packaged according to customer requirements
  • Marking, labeling, and documentation meet national or international standards
  • Logistics partners are aligned
  • Transport routes and timelines are planned
  • Sensitive and oversized items are handled with special care

When Packaging & Shipping is done right — everything arrives ready for installation, commissioning, and performance.

“Once the goods are ready, I make sure they’re delivered safely and on time to the customer’s site.”

Every detail prepared for the journey

Alexandra works closely with the ETO team, Nash’s packing partners, and the customer’s forwarding company to make sure every requirement is met.

The process includes all the steps from coordinating packing lists and export documents to supervising handovers to logistics and forwarders. This structured collaboration ensures seamless, delay‑free shipment.

“Together, we ensure everything is packed correctly and shipped according to customer requirements.”

Logistics for the extraordinary

Every engineered‑to‑order system presents unique transport challenges. One standout example was a major delivery for a Flare Gas Recovery System destined for Saudi Arabia:

  • Four double compressor aggregates
  • Dozens of supplementary tools and spare parts
  • 50 sea‑worthy boxes
  • 12 out‑of‑gauge items requiring escorted transport
  • 40 trucks coordinated to Hamburg port

Complex deliveries like this highlight Nash’s capability to plan, package, and execute large‑scale international shipments with precision.

“We always check if there are special packaging or marking instructions from the customer — and we follow them exactly.”
